Karin Schultz Brashears

Karin Schultz Brashears, POPM, SM, currently serves as the Director of Product at Stay Ai, where responsibilities include creating and managing the product roadmap and facilitating product success across cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Karin held positions at Anthem, Inc. including Analysis and Product Leader, where oversight of user experience and leadership of over 100 individuals was key, and Systems Analyst Sr. Lead, managing project coordination and backlog refinement. Previous experience also includes roles as Sr. IT Project Manager and Junior IT Project Manager at Homes Media Solutions, as well as a Recruiting Intern at Dominion Enterprises and other positions that provided a foundation in project management and communication. Karin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Entertainment Management and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
