Victoria Pennick

Victoria Pennick currently serves as the VP of Finance at Stay AI, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Head of FP&A and Director of FP&A at FullStory from May 2021 to May 2025, and Manager of FP&A at Pindrop from April 2018 to April 2021, where Pindrop provided fraud detection and caller authentication solutions to major banks and retailers. Prior to this, Victoria worked as an Associate at Chatham Capital from October 2016 to March 2018, focusing on lower-middle market investment opportunities, and as a Senior Equity Research Associate at Raymond James Financial, Inc., covering the FinTech and transaction processing sectors from February 2015 to October 2016. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College, obtained in May 2010.
