Sarah Rice

Sarah Rice has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sarah began their career in 1999 as an Operations Supervisor at Claim Jumper Restaurants and worked there until 2006.

Sarah then became a Store Manager at The Duffeyroll Cafe in 2006 and transitioned to become a General Manager at Panera Bread in 2007, where they remained until 2010.

In 2010, Sarah joined Noodles & Company and held several roles including General Manager, Market Training Manager, Regional Training & Development Manager, and Area Manager. Sarah was responsible for various training and development initiatives and worked closely with the leadership team to ensure successful restaurant openings and staff development.

In 2017, Sarah took on the role of Creative Director at TwoMares Woodcrafts. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Director of Training and Development at Stay in Your Lane, starting in 2023. Overall, Sarah's work experience showcases their expertise in training and development, operations management, and leadership roles within the food and beverage industry.

Sarah Rice received their Bachelor's degree in Art & Psychology from Whitworth University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Before that, they completed their high school education at Kapaa High from 1991 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Sarah obtained a ServSafe Proctor & Instructor certification from the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor in February 2012, as well as a ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification from the same institution in May 2010.
