Adam Coats

Adam Coats has been working in the travel industry since 2000. In 2000, they began as a Continental Tour Organiser for PGL Travel, where they were responsible for selling and coordinating school tours across Europe. In 2003, they took a two-month teaching placement at Balcarass School in Cheltenham and a two-month teaching placement at Farmor's School in Fairford. After this, they returned to the travel industry. In 2004, they began as a Senior Tour Consultant for Abercrombie & Kent Europe Limited, where they were responsible for researching, designing, costing, quoting, and operating ad-hoc special interest group tours. In 2006, they became a Sales Supervisor for Abercrombie & Kent Villas & Sanctuary Retreats, where they were responsible for sales and developed sales to just under £1 million within two years. In 2011, they became the Director of Sales and Operations for Abercrombie & Kent, where they were responsible for delivering sales across four businesses. In 2016, they became the Director of Western Mediterranean for Red Savannah Ltd., where they were responsible for leading the contracting, sales, and operations of private luxury villas in Spain and France. In 2019, they became the Sales Director for Dynamic Lives, where they were responsible for developing strategic partnerships and business development. In 2020, they became the Founder and Director of Silk Villas Ltd, where they were responsible for connecting villa holiday consumers, rental agencies, and property owners. In 2021, they became the Head of Sales for Stay One Degree.

Adam Coats graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2000 with a BA Hons in International Business & French.
