Andrew Swerdloff has had a varied and impressive career. Andrew is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of STAY OPEN, a VC-backed platform that transforms vacant office and retail space into stay/play/work communities for digital nomads, travelers, and creatives. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Managing Member of Blue Hat Partners, where they acquired value-add multifamily properties and managed a portfolio of approximately 400 multi-family units. In 2016, they were the Vice President of Development and Capital Markets at California Real Estate Regional Center. From 2007 to 2014, they were the Vice President and Analyst/Associate at KAILAI Investments, where they led deal origination, analysis, structuring, and due diligence on hundreds of prospective Asian companies, sourced, invested, and managed 5 portfolio companies, and was involved in all aspects of fundraising.

Andrew Swerdloff began their educational journey at Harvard-Westlake School from 1996 to 2002. Andrew then attended Emory University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Chinese and International Studies with a focus on China. During their time at Emory University, they also attended the Harbin Institute of Technology in 2004 to further their studies in Mandarin Chinese.
