Samson Oyetola has worked as a software engineer for over 14 years. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a freelancer, building web and mobile apps for clients such as iHealth Doctor, as well as 100+ websites and 10+ mobile apps yearly for Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate final year thesis. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Xamtax, responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining web applications, and coaching 3 team members in Software development best practices. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Constellation Software Inc. as a Full Stack Engineer, leading the development of 4 projects of categories Real Estate, eCommerce, and Bank Mobile Application APIs. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Vodworks as a Senior Software Engineer, redeveloping a gaming platform called Nutaku and developing analytics dashboard, CMS, and improving the APIs latency by 45%. Finally, from 2020 to 2021, they worked at MTN Nigeria as a Senior Software Engineer, creating, maintaining, stabilizing, enhancing, and converting legacy applications architecture to event-driven micro-based service using Restful, API domain driven design model, and building modern applications with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, SQL Server, NodeJS, and NoSQL. Currently, they are a Senior Full Stack Developer at Stay22, creating effective APIs and Web Applications and designing client-side and server-side architecture.
