Carmel Duffy

Carmel Duffy has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR field. Carmel'smost recent position is as the Chief People Officer at Staycity Group since 2022. Before that, they held multiple positions at Microsoft, including Chief of Staff for WW Small, Medium and Corporate Business starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Airtricity from 2010 to 2012, and as an HR Generalist at PepsiCo from 2009 to 2010. Carmel also worked at Google as an HR Professional from 2007 to 2009, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters from 2005 to 2007. Throughout their career, Carmel has gained experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR operations.

Carmel Duffy pursued their Bachelor of Business Studies degree at the University of Limerick from 1999 to 2003. Carmel then went on to obtain a Master of Business Studies degree with a specialization in Human Resources at the same university from 2003 to 2004.
