Laia Puiggròs Dalmases has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Laia started their career at H10 Hotels as a Front Desk Receptionist, where they used the hotel management program SAP and handled check-ins, check-outs, and payments. Laia then worked at Island Tours as a Reservations Sales Specialist, managing bookings using the OfiMayor program and attending to client appointments. Later, they joined Stayforlong, first as a Customer Service Specialist, and then as a Senior Fraud Analyst. In the latter role, they identified and detected suspicious transactions, collaborated with other departments and external entities to combat fraud, and participated in data analysis to identify new fraudulent patterns. Laia Puiggròs Dalmases is currently working as a Fraud & Payments Specialist at Stayforlong, leveraging their expertise in fraud detection and prevention.
Laia Puiggròs Dalmases began their education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2014, where they pursued a degree in tourism. Laia completed this program in 2018. In 2017, Laia also participated in the Erasmus Program at the Fachhochschule Salzburg, focusing on tourism.
