Denise W Dobbie

Denise W Dobbie has worked primarily in HR roles throughout their career. Denise W began their HR journey as an HR Coordinator at Alexander Mann Solutions in 2000, and later held various roles at Capital Consulting, including Recruitment Coordinator and Relationship Manager. From 2005 to 2010, they served as an HR Manager for Centriq, Tactiq, and Neologiq Limited, where they managed HR policy, processes, and talent management. In 2010, Denise joined StayinFront as the EMEA HR Director, a position they still hold. Denise W has extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR process leadership, and providing HR consultation at the CEO level. Additionally, Denise has worked on global projects and has expertise in employment law, business law, contracts, and innovative HR processes. Since 2017, they have also taken on the role of EMEA HR Director at StayinFront Retail Data Insight and StayinFront Digital Sp. z o.o.

Denise W Dobbie has a Level 7 CIPD Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Denise W also has a CIPD Certificate in Foundation Level Personnel Practice from Thames Valley University, which they obtained in 2009. Denise attended Branston Academy from 1985 to 1992, but their degree and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, Denise has a certification as a Rescue Diver from PADI.
