Sajid Rabbani

Sajid Rabbani has extensive work experience in the field of technology. Sajid is currently employed as a Technical Product Manager at Staykeepers since August 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Esenteq, a web and mobile app studio, from September 2019 onwards. With Esenteq, they worked closely with startups, providing product discovery, development team augmentation, and scaling up agile product development.

From June 2020 to June 2022, Sajid worked as a Program Management Office Consultant at Cara Digital. In this role, they were responsible for managing project management processes and ensuring transparency in product development.

Sajid also has teaching experience as a Guest Faculty at United International University from May 2015 to September 2020. In addition, they have worked for Nascenia as a Technical Project Manager from January 2018 to August 2019. In this position, they led a team of 18 resources and implemented project management processes, code review, and continuous integration. Sajid also collaborated with CXOs to develop business and people strategies and improved the recruiting process.

Prior to their project management role, Sajid worked as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2016 to December 2017, a Software Engineer from July 2014 to December 2015, and a Junior Software Engineer from January 2013 to June 2014, all at Nascenia.

Before starting their professional career, Sajid gained teaching experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at United International University from September 2010 to January 2013.

Sajid Rabbani completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from United International University from 2009 to 2012. For their secondary education, Sajid attended St. Joseph Higher Secondary School from 2003 to 2006, earning a Secondary School Certificate. Sajid also attended Notre Dame College from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a Higher Secondary School Certificate. In addition to their formal education, Sajid has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Sajid became an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2021, an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile in November 2020, a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum@Scale in October 2019, a Certified Agile Leader (CAL1) from Scrum Alliance in December 2017, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2016.
