Staymatic is agentic infrastructure for short-term rental operations — 16 specialized AI agents that replace the tools, teams, and supplier coordination running your business. This is not a vision. It is a completed transformation. Before Staymatic, we built one of Dubai's highest-rated STR operators: $50M+ in lifetime revenue, $18M annual run rate at peak, 300+ units across four markets, 100,000+ guests hosted, 10,000+ reviews, scaled from $100K in four years. Five years of operations generated millions of real-world data points — the training foundation for our AI agents, and a moat no competitor starting from scratch can replicate. We experienced every structural inefficiency firsthand, then rebuilt the entire operational model with AI. The STR industry is structurally broken: running 100 units today requires 8+ disconnected software tools and 20-25 employees costing $55K-$68K per month, with margins compressed to 5-10%. The model does not scale. Staymatic replaces the entire stack with agentic infrastructure — 16 AI agents sharing one data layer, one workflow, one platform. Four agents are live in production today, two more harden this quarter, with ~76% cost reduction at full deployment. Built by operators. Proven at scale. Now opening the infrastructure to the industry. Headquartered in Miami. Delaware C-Corp incorporated April 2026. Currently raising pre-seed.
