Ross Baker

Ross Baker is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as Product Manager and previously as Product Specialist at Stayntouch since November 2021, Ross has a strong background in dual hotel management, having worked as Dual General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott in Salisbury from November 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, Ross held several positions at Plamondon Hospitality Partners for over a decade, including General Manager of SpringHill Suites Hagerstown and Operations Manager for multiple properties. Ross's career also includes roles in guest services and operations management at several hotel brands, alongside early experiences in food service and staffing within the hospitality sector. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has furthered education through the International College of Management Sydney.
