Fiona Salusbury

Fiona Salusbury has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Fiona currently holds the position of Head of Information Security at Staysure Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fujitsu as the Head of ISM Operations, where they managed a team of Information Security Managers, Analysts, Auditors, and Account CISOs for public and private sector customers. Fiona also held the role of Information Security Manager at Fujitsu.

Before joining Fujitsu, Fiona worked at Santander UK as a Data Governance Specialist for a brief period. Fiona also has a significant tenure at Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB), where they held various roles, including Service Delivery Manager, Data Services Officer, Information Security & Compliance Officer, Risk & Compliance Support Officer, and Claims Assessor. In their role as a Claims Assessor, they handled a portfolio of over 300 claims, specializing in credit hire claims and street furniture claims. Fiona was the first to handle MOJ claims following the reform in 2010 and served as a referral point for lower-grade handlers.

Fiona Salusbury completed their undergraduate degree in Law with English Language & Linguistics from Oxford Brookes University from 2005 to 2008. In 2016-2017, they pursued the New Generation Programme at the Chartered Insurance Institute. Prior to their university education, Fiona attended Dame Alice Harpur School, although the specific years are unknown.
