Chip Barth

Chip Barth is a seasoned family physician with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Since December 2019, Chip has served as a family physician at Staywell Health Center. Prior to this role, Chip worked as a family physician, geriatrician, and hospice-palliative care provider at ProHealth - Primary Care of New Milford from May 2014 to December 2019. Chip held the position of Medical Director at New Milford Visiting Nurse Association Hospice from 1990 to 2018 and was the owner and family physician at Associated Family Physicians, PC from January 1991 to May 2014. Additionally, Chip served as Chief of the Department of Medicine at New Milford Hospital from January 2007 to December 2010. Chip Barth obtained an MD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School, graduating between 1978 and 1982.
