Jonas Lissjanis

Jonas Lissjanis has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Jonas started their career as a teacher at the Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education in 2000 and continued until 2011. In 2009, they joined the Swedish Ice Hockey Association as a teacher and remained in that role until 2019. In 2010, they also became the Nordic PT manager at SATS, where they worked until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Jonas served as the education manager at Exceed Performance AB and as a Fystränare at AIK Innebandy. Jonas then co-founded Sports Club Education AB in 2015, where they were an owner and partner until 2018.

In 2018, they joined SAFE Education as an Education Manager, and in 2019, they moved to Actic Group (publ.) as the Chief Product Officer until 2022. Currently, Jonas holds the position of Chief Product Officer at STC Training Club, which they assumed in 2022.

Throughout their career, Jonas has been involved in various coaching and teaching roles, particularly in sports and conditioning. Jonas has also authored several books related to exercise and training.

Jonas Lissjanis has a diverse education history. In 1995 to 1996, they attended Lillsved Sports College, where they pursued a degree in Sports and focused on leadership within sports. In 2012, they furthered their education at BodyTech and participated in an Explore Faschia program. Jonas also obtained a CrossFit Level 1 Certification at CrossFit. In the same year, they attended Eleiko Education and received training as a Strength Coach. Additionally, they completed a Biomechanical Trainer program at Intelligent Training Systems (ITS). In 2010, Jonas studied project management at Umeå University. Jonas also received Kettlebell Basic Education from Eleiko Education in 2008. That same year, they pursued a degree in Idrottspedagogik, with a focus on basic studies, at Umeå University. Lastly, Jonas completed an Advanced Personal Trainer program at the Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education, specializing in strength and conditioning as well as nutrition.
