Donna Frary Siegel

Donna Frary Siegel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, training, and professional development consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Independent Learning Consultant at St. Charles Consulting Group since May 2010, Donna has led various learning and development initiatives focused on project management and course delivery. As the former President of DFS Consulting Ltd from January 2014 to February 2023, Donna provided strategic development and instructional design services to organizations aiming to enhance their educational programs. Donna previously held leadership roles at SmithBucklin, NAMSS, ASUG, and Arthur Andersen, where expertise in education strategy, accreditation compliance, and program management was demonstrated. Donna holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Adult & Continuing Education from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
