Iris Rivera

Iris Rivera has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Iris started their career as a Financial Aid Advisor at Universal Technical Institute in 2012 and later became a Financial Aid Processor. Iris then worked as an IT Coordinator at AllianceMed, LLC, where they were responsible for creating an IT plan and developing management information systems policies.

In 2017, Iris joined U-Haul International, Inc as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they used root cause analysis to identify and document application defects. Iris later became a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, where they led the testing efforts of multiple projects and managed work items for testing. As the Manager of Quality Assurance and Application Support, Iris successfully merged two QA teams and one Application Support team and created metrics to measure product quality and employee performance.

Iris then moved on to work at Wayfair as a Manager of Software QA in 2021 and at eTT Aviation as the Manager, Head of Software Quality Engineering and Customer Support in 2022.

Currently, Iris is serving as the Director of Product Support at STChealth, where they oversee product support activities.

Throughout their career, Iris has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on improving team progress and communication. Iris is experienced in software quality assurance, customer support, and IT coordination.

Iris Rivera attended Phoenix College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Iris obtained several certifications, including "Setting up ITSM Projects in Jira Service Management" from Atlassian in February 2023, "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Impact of Unconscious Bias" and "Inclusive Leadership Practices" from Trailhead by Salesforce in October 2020, and "Data Management Badge" and "Data Modeling Badge" from Salesforce Trailhead in November 2016. Iris also obtained "mabl Skills Certification: Foundations" from mabl in February 2023. Additionally, they have certifications from Salesforce Trailhead, including "Chatter Basics Badge," "Quick Start: Lightning App Builder," "Reports and Dashboards," "Salesforce Platform Basics Badge," "Salesforce1 Mobile Basics," and "UI Customization Badge," although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
