Willy Vuong

Willy Vuong's work experience begins in 2006, when they worked as a CRM Support Specialist at Commonwealth Financial Network. In this role, they managed the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the company's customers. Willy communicated with customers, converted existing CRM data, identified and communicated bugs/issues to developers, and facilitated training.

From 2007 to 2012, Willy worked at Granite Telecommunications as an IT Analyst Level II. In this role, they supported and project managed new features and enhancements for web-based applications used for work ticket processing, workflow management, billing, and finance operations. Willy also provided tier 1 and 2 support to end users.

Starting in 2012, Willy joined The CCS Companies as a Process Engineer. Here, they developed and documented account and data flows, monitored and maintained data and account flows, and reviewed the work of peers to identify errors or areas for improvement.

In 2014, Willy worked as a System Support Representative at Best Doctors. After that, in 2015, they joined Scientific Technologies Corporation as a Service Desk Analyst II. In this role, they handled inbound service requests or incidents and provided initial support and resolution.

In 2016, Willy became an Implementation Specialist at Scientific Technologies Corporation. Here, they configured and deployed customer data exchange interfaces, tested and validated interfaces, and proactively implemented tools to detect and resolve potential issues.

In 2018, Willy started working at Calero-MDSL as an Application Support Analyst. Willy coordinated application upgrades with clients and account managers, responded to trouble tickets, and documented troubleshoot guides for the support team.

In 2021, Willy transitioned to Transact Campus Inc as an Integrations Engineer and later joined STChealth as an Interface Support Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Data Network Integrations Analyst at STChealth.

Willy Vuong attended UMass Boston from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
