Richard Shoaf

Richard Shoaf is currently the Senior Vice President - Operations at Safety Training & Consultations International LLC, where Richard manages a team of specialists and trains personnel on emergency planning and response. Richard is also the President of BLACKTHORN INDUSTRIES and serves as the Safety / Science Officer for the Homeland Security Response Team. With a background in hazardous materials and counter-terrorism, Richard has a diverse experience in training and consulting roles.
