Ismaila Ibrahim

Ismaila Ibrahim has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Network Engineer Intern at Telindus UK - now telent, where they configured and tested Cisco, Juniper and Extreme devices, upgraded software for Cisco and Juniper devices, upgraded all Virgin Media UK's routers and switches to the Juniper MX960, and participated in customer site visits to replace or fix their cisco routers/switches. In 2015, they worked as an Academic Tutor in Mathematics at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. In 2016, they worked as an IT Help Desk at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they answered phone calls about existing problems, logged in tickets for different requests, and helped students and faculty staff with any problems relating to the computer or network's functionality. Ismaila also worked as a Database Administrator Intern (Summer Internship) at Masonic Medical Research Laboratory, where they improved the genetic database, upgraded the Microsoft Access database to MySQL, and worked on improving the search functions of the database. Since 2018, they have worked as a Technical Account Manager at STCR.

Ismaila Ibrahim has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained A-levels from Woking College in the UK, in the fields of Forensic Science and Technology, Information Technology, and Mathematics between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a CCENT certification from Cisco in June 2013.
