Baylee Harding

Baylee Harding is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the wine and spirits industry. Currently serving as the Field Sales Manager for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates since August 2022, Baylee previously held the position of State Manager for CANTEEN Spirits, overseeing operations in Washington and Idaho. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate and Merchandiser at Columbia Distributing and as Assistant Youth Director at St. James Episcopal Church. In addition to practical experience, Baylee holds a Bachelor's degree with double majors in Management and Marketing from Washington State University, complemented by a study abroad program at Florence University of the Arts.
