Ben Pavish has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Ben started their career as a Clerical Assistant I at Cougar Card Center during their college years, where they gained finance experience and facilitated RSO accounts. Ben also worked at LFS Marine & Outdoor as a Warehouse Manager, organizing and facilitating the storage and delivery of commercial fishing nets, while maintaining strong customer relations.

During their time at Washington State University, Ben served as an Endowment Fund Manager, where they actively managed a portion of the university's endowment fund. Ben gained valuable experience in utilizing investment strategies to achieve the university's goals.

Ben also held leadership roles at Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, including Recruitment Chairman and Alumni Chairman. As Recruitment Chairman, they focused on finding new members who aligned with the fraternity's values for long-term success. As Alumni Chairman, they acted as a mentor figure to support the success of other fraternity members.

In their most recent role at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Ben served as a Sales Analyst, Sr. Sales Analyst, and Sr. Manager - National Accounts Sales Administration, before taking on the role of Business Development Director.

Ben Pavish completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance/Marketing with a minor in Spanish at Washington State University from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in a study abroad program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they focused on Finance, Spanish, and Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ben Pavish obtained the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in April 2022.
