Lynn Mell

Lynn Mell has extensive experience in operations and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Consumer Retail Operations and Compliance at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates since 2020. Lynn is responsible for streamlining operating procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance in retail and ecommerce. Previously, as Director of Account Management at iconectiv (2017-2019), Lynn led initiatives that resulted in a four-fold increase in customer acquisition and retention. Lynn's career at T-Mobile (2001-2016) as Senior Manager in Regulatory and Government Affairs involved developing effective compliance programs, earning recognition for exceptional program execution. Lynn holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Seattle Pacific University and multiple degrees from Washington State University, including a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and certifications in Wine Business Management and Enology. Additionally, Lynn completed Mandatory Alcohol Server Training.
