Todd Bassman

Todd Bassman has over 30 years of experience in financial analysis and consulting, primarily focused on commercial real estate. Todd began their career in 1991 as a Senior Consultant at TREE Software & Consulting, where they specialized in valuation, real estate development, and joint venture analysis. Todd worked on numerous Argus Software implementations and training projects during their time there. In 2005, they joined Steadfast Companies as a Senior Financial Analyst before becoming a Principal at REF Consulting in 2007. At REF Consulting, they worked as an independent contractor and consultant for various commercial real estate companies, including asset management companies, lenders, developers, and investment companies. In 2020, they returned to Steadfast Companies as the Director of Financial Analysis.

Todd Bassman earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Muhlenberg College in the years 1980 to 1984. Todd later graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 1989 and 1991.
