Amy Dillon (née Stead) is the Head of Network Operations at Steadfast Group Limited, where they currently lead operational strategies. Previously, they held various roles in insurance, including National Relationship Manager at Lumley Insurance and IAG, and Financial Lines Underwriter at AIG. Amy has received multiple industry awards, including the CGU Executive General Manager Award and recognition as one of Insurance Business Magazine's Young Guns in 2015. They studied at the University of Technology Sydney in 2020.
