Currently serving as the Head of Global Network Operations, Transport at Zayo Group since February 2016, Donald oversees the 24x7 operations of the Optical Network Control Center, handling surveillance, repair, and troubleshooting of various optical network elements. Prior positions include Senior Network Technician roles at Verizon and Verizon Business, as well as a Network Technician role at WorldCom, where responsibilities included maintaining global and local transport networks, resolving telemetry issues, and ensuring service continuity for optical transmission systems.
