Kishore Akondi

Kishore Akondi has over 14 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. In 2020, they became the Head of Software Testing at Steadfast Technologies, where they are responsible for managing globally spread teams of 50+ QA professionals across multiple products and workstreams. Kishore is also responsible for overall test plan design and processes, applying, articulating and helping the clients to construct end to end scenarios, defining standards for the development of test scripts, deployment and reuse. Additionally, they co-ordinate test schedules, managing progress of all activities against the plan, managing own deliverables and that of others to meet delivery deadlines. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager at OpenText from 2014 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cordys Software India Ltd from 2006 to 2014.

Kishore Akondi obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University between 2000 and 2002.
