Jonathon Hunter Hartley has worked in the insurance industry since 2015. Jonathon Hunter began their career as a Commercial Service Advocate at Farmers Insurance, where they served as a licensed P&C agent in 48 states and advised on commercial coverage for over 21,000 policies with a premium of approximately $50,000,000. In 2016, they joined State Farm™ as a Retention Specialist & Account Manager, where they served as the primary service and retention representative in the office for over 1,800 insured households. During their five years in this role, they played an integral part in lowering the agency lapse/cancellation ratio with a dedicated focus on retention. In 2022, they began working as a Client Experience Specialist at Steadily.

Jonathon Hunter Hartley obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ferris State University. In March 2016, they also obtained a certification as an Insurance Producer, Resident - Property & Casualty, Life from the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services.
