Mindy Dees, CISR Elite has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mindy began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Assistant and Relocation Coordinator at RealtySouth. In 2008, they became a Special Events Coordinator at McWane Science Center and a Director of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Planning at Randi Events. In 2012, Mindy moved to CRC Insurance Services, Inc. as a Special Events, Marketing Coordinator & Copywriter. In 2014, they joined SSIU - South Shore Insurance Underwriters as a Compliance Administrator. Currently, Mindy is a Senior Compliance Analyst at Steadily, where they assist with the development, submission and monitoring of regulatory filings, is a subject matter expert on all things landlord insurance compliance, monitors regulatory developments in active and prospective markets, and works closely with the development team on programming specs.

Mindy Dees, CISR Elite, obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations and Professional Writing from the University of South Alabama between 1996 and 2005. In November 2020, they completed the Maximizing Your Leadership Potential program at the Center for Creative Leadership. In June 2020, they obtained their Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR Elite) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
