Reid Andrews

Reid Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Reid recently joined Steadily as an Insurance Product Manager in May 2023. Prior to that, from October 2022 to May 2023, Reid worked as a Program Manager at Incline P&C Group, where they followed the Company Underwriting Manual and implemented management plans for MGA program business.

At Hippo Insurance, Reid held multiple roles, starting as a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter from April 2021 to July 2022. Reid then transitioned to an Insurance Product Manager role from July to September 2022.

Reid's earlier experience includes working as a Territory Underwriter - Commercial Lines at Pekin Insurance from June 2015 to April 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Manager at Family Video from September 2011 to July 2015.

Reid also has experience as the Director of Summer Day Camp at Pekin Park District from May 2008 to August 2013. Reid started their career as a Crew Leader at Wibben Detasseling from July 2004 to August 2007.

Reid Andrews pursued their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth, Society, and the Environment. Prior to attending university, they attended Pekin Community High School from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a High School Diploma in College Prep.

In addition to their formal education, Reid Andrews has also obtained numerous certifications from The Institutes. In 2017, they achieved the AIS (Associates in Insurance Services) certification and the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) certification. Subsequently, in 2019, they obtained the Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF), Associate in Regulation and Compliance (ARC), and Associate in Risk Management certifications. In 2019, they also completed the Associate in Insurance Management certification. Continuing their professional development, Reid Andrews achieved the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) certification in 2020, followed by the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Commercial Underwriting - Management (AU-M) certifications in the same year. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) certification. As of 2021, Reid Andrews maintains their CPCU certification in good standing.
