Lead Data Analyst for Growth and Product at Steady

Grant Greenwood has had a varied and successful career in data analysis. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Data Analyst for Growth and Product at Steady, where they redesigned the conversion system to properly account for revenue and incentives, worked with data engineers to build data pipelines automating Growth KPI visibility, and created Tableau dashboards to visualize trends for media spend optimization. In 2012, they were a Research Assistant at Southern Oregon University, where they conducted an independently-designed, mentored pilot-study on music-evoked autobiographical memory, reviewed recent literature and met with Principal Investigator to design surveys, and research based on this pilot-study was continued by the PI and two other students, with a poster presented at the 2013 WPA Convention.

Grant Greenwood attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science and Philosophy. From 2013 to 2014, they pursued additional studies in Cognitive Neuroscience and Meta-ethics at UCL. Grant then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master's Degree in Psychometrics, Statistics and Research Design.
