Lexi Gervis, Ph.D.

Lexi Gervis, Ph.D. has held a variety of roles in different companies since 2008. Lexi began their career at Oribe Hair Care as an Account Consultant and Office Manager from 2008 to 2011. Lexi then moved to Hall & Partners where they held the roles of Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Doctoral Researcher at Rutgers University. In 2021, they joined Catch as Lead, Policy and Partner Engagement. Most recently, they began working at Steady in 2022 as VP, Impact and Director, Public Sector and NGO Engagement.

Lexi Gervis, Ph.D. began their educational journey at Saint Andrew's School. Lexi then attended Emory University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. During their studies at Emory, they also participated in a semester abroad at the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied Sociology and Spanish. Lexi continued their education at Rutgers University, earning a Master of Arts in Sociology in 2017, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology in 2021.
