Julia Racsko

Julia Racsko has over 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, and illustration. Julia began their career in 2014 as an Illustrator for the Hungarian Institute for Educational Research and Development, where they developed the overall concept of illustrations and the layout of selected segments for primary school textbooks. In 2015, they began working as a Freelance Designer for rajsaam.design. In 2016, they worked as a UX/UI Designer and Visual Designer for Oktafone, a Product Design Intern for Prezi, and a Product Designer for the China Hardware Innovation Camp. In 2018, they were a UX/UI Designer for the EPFL CHILI Lab, and in 2019 they were a UX/UI Design Instructor for Ironhack Berlin. Currently, they are a Senior Product Designer for Steady.

Julia Racsko has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they completed a Business Thinking course at Second Wave Dive. Julia has also attended several art schools, including Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, Milano, Italia, where they studied Illustration, Intermedia, and Storytelling. Julia holds a Master's Degree from HEAD - Genève, Geneva School of Art and Design in Media Design, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Moholy-Nagy Művészeti Egyetem, Budapest, Hungary in Graphic Design and Illustration. In addition, Julia has obtained several certifications from Coursera Course Certificates, including Information Design (2016), Designing, Running, and Analyzing Experiments (2016), Social Computing (2016), User Experience: Research & Prototyping (2015), Input and Interaction (2015), Design Principles: an Introduction (2015), and Human-Centered Design: an Introduction (2015).
