Faisal Dalati

Faisal Dalati is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the food and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at ALFA Company since January 2024, Faisal previously held the position of General Manager at Elite Food Co. from April 2009 to December 2023, where significant achievements included the development and launch of over 27 branches across Saudi Arabia and the management of over 500 employees. Faisal also founded Premier Development, offering consulting services and developing innovative culinary concepts. Earlier operational management experience includes a role as Operations Manager at Steak House KSA, overseeing 15 new branch openings and managing substantial revenue. Educated at Swiss Hotel Management School with an Executive Master of Business Administration and having a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arab Open University, Faisal combines strategic leadership with a strong background in business development and operations management.
