Rajiv Chand

Rajiv Chand has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Rajiv is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Stealth Partner Group, an Amwins Company, starting from July 2021. Prior to this, Rajiv worked as the Senior Director of FP&A at SpotRx Pharmacy from April 2021 to July 2021.

From 2015 to 2021, Rajiv held various roles at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. These roles include Senior Director of Mail Order Operations & Finance, where they were responsible for overseeing all operating activities for the mail order/home delivery business and managing a team of over 90 employees. Rajiv also served as the Director of Finance, where they were responsible for P&L management and building FP&A and Analytics teams. Rajiv started their journey at MedImpact as a Finance & Fulfillment Manager, where they created internal controls and procedures, partnered with IT for financial transactions, and influenced operational and financial strategies.

Before joining MedImpact, Rajiv worked at Walmart for 7 years. Rajiv served as the Director of Operations Finance & Strategy, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic and financial initiatives. Rajiv also held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Operations Finance & Strategy, where they performed analysis, managed forecasts, and supported P&L management. Rajiv began their career at Walmart as a Staff Auditor in Global Internal Audit Services, where they fulfilled a consulting function and delivered audit results.
