Zach Ledford

Zach Ledford has extensive work experience in operations management and property specialist roles. Zach is currently the Director of Operations at Steamatic USA since May 2021. Before that, they served as the General Manager at Steamatic of Nashville & Middle Tennessee from December 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, Zach worked as a Property Specialist at Esurance from February 2019 to December 2019. Zach began their career at Steamatic of Greenville in April 2008 as an Operations Manager, where they managed employees, handled complaints, oversaw daily operations, and taught CE classes to insurance professionals.

Zach Ledford attended Hillcrest High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their high school degree. In addition to their high school education, Zach has obtained several certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). These certifications include Master Textile Cleaner (to be obtained in 2022), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (obtained in 2021), Master Water Restorer (obtained in 2021), Applied Microbial Remediation (obtained in 2013), Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning (obtained in 2013), Applied Structural Drying (obtained in 2012), Carpet Cleaning (obtained in 2012), Carpet repair and reinstallation technician (obtained in 2012), Fire & Smoke Restoration (obtained in 2012), and Odor Control (obtained in 2012).
