David Baldinger Jr. is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Steamboat Sotheby's International Realty since July 2015, David played a significant role in the merger of Steamboat Village Brokers with Steamboat Sotheby's, enhancing the company's market share and global reach. Prior to this, David was the Managing Broker and Owner of Steamboat Village Brokers LTD from April 1997 to July 2015, leading Steamboat's oldest and most respected real estate firm. David began their career as a Broker Associate at Steamboat Village Brokers, LTD from May 1993 to January 2003 and also served as a Ski Coach for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team from March 1995 to May 1999. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and has completed additional summer studies at UC Santa Barbara and Phillips Academy Andover. Raised in Steamboat, David possesses deep local knowledge and expertise in the real estate market.
