Penny Fletcher

Penny Fletcher is an Associate Broker at Steamboat Sotheby's International Realty, a position held since September 2015. Concurrently, Penny serves as the Chairman of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors, with active involvement on the Board of Directors since 2009, and as Chair of the Multiple Listing Service. Penny's real estate career began at Colorado Group Realty, where tenure spanned from 1997 to 2015 as a Broker Associate and Board member. Prior experience includes managing the Department of Radiology at Steamboat Medical Group from 1993 to 1997. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiology from Presbyterian Hospital's School of Radiology and Nursing and has a background in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. Additionally, Penny is a dedicated mother and fundraiser for young athletes, specifically supporting two Olympic athletes.
