Eileen Lusk

Eileen Lusk is an accomplished proposal management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic proposals and managing the proposal process across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Proposal Operations at Steampunk, Inc. since August 2021, Eileen oversees the implementation and enforcement of proposal strategies. Prior roles include Proposal Manager at ManTech and Octo Consulting Group, where responsibilities included coordinating and developing proposals in alignment with industry best practices.
