Hilary Smith

Hilary Smith currently serves as a Program Manager for the United States Coast Guard's Office of Data and Analytics program at Steampunk, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hilary completed a graduate program at the Florida Institute of Technology from August 2021 to November 2023. From July 2007 to March 2020, Hilary held various positions in the U.S. Coast Guard, including Coast Guard Helicopter Pilot and Department Head, where responsibilities included advising command on flight training for over 60 personnel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Marine Corps Helicopter Pilot and Division Head from June 2000 to June 2007, with a focus on aviation safety. Hilary holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the Florida Institute of Technology (expected March 2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
