Stephen Fletcher

Stephen Fletcher is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Director and AI Transformation Lead at Steampunk, Inc., where the focus is on leading AI enablement strategies. Previously, at Capital One, Stephen held various senior managerial roles, including the Head of Generative AI, where efforts included founding a cross-organizational AI Council and developing a proprietary self-service data intelligence platform. Stephen's expertise spans several companies, with significant achievements at Accenture and Comcast, specializing in machine learning engineering, systems integration, and data analytics. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Machine Learning at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, Stephen also holds a postgraduate certification in Data Science from MIT Professional Education.
