Melanie Prehodka

Melanie Prehodka is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in family law. Currently serving as a Partner at Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor since July 2016, Melanie acts as lead counsel in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and modification actions. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Senior Attorney at The Roberts Law Firm, P.C. from June 2001 to July 2016, where responsibilities included leading all stages of litigation in diverse cases involving family law, defamation, and property disputes among others. Melanie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University.
