Leonie Henrich

Leonie Henrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both athletic coaching and business consulting. Currently serving as Kwartiermaker/ Teamleider Portfolio at Stedin since January 2024, Leonie has also built a successful career as a mental and sport coach at Henrich Body and Mind since June 2015, leveraging former CrossFit athletic experience to assist others in overcoming mental challenges. Leonie held the position of Business Consultant at BearingPoint from June 2022 to January 2024 and worked at the Ministry of Defense (NL) as a Business Consultant in the Educational Department from November 2020 to June 2022, spearheading educational projects and strategies. As a former professional CrossFit athlete, Leonie achieved notable accomplishments, including being the Dutch champion in 2018 and 2019 and ranking 43rd in the world at the 2019 CrossFit Games. Leonie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an extensive educational background in business administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and The University of Manchester.
