Sophie Hotting

Sophie Hotting is a professional with a diverse background in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Junior Project Leader at Stedin since January 2024, Sophie is focused on establishing uniform workflows and conducting process and impact analyses for new Flex propositions. Previously, Sophie has worked as a Market Large Consumption Process Consultant and Specialist in Process Improvement at EIFFEL, as well as a Process Improvement Trainee in the energy transition at Greenchoice. Other notable experiences include roles as a Business Development Coordinator at Media Vision and an International Business Development Intern at EuroDev. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Languages from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional studies at San Francisco State University and ROC Horizon College.
