Wouter van der Meer

Wouter van der Meer currently serves as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Stedin since November 2022. Prior to this role, Wouter worked at Worth Internet Systems as Head of HR, focusing on creating an environment that helps employees thrive. Wouter has extensive experience as a Management Consultant in Agile HR at Prowareness, facilitating organizational adaptability and promoting high performance through Agile methodologies. Earlier in Wouter's career, recruitment was a primary focus at iSense ICT Professionals, and Wouter also held positions in HR consulting and training, starting as an intern in HR advice at CNV. Wouter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and completed a leadership training program at Coachcenter.
