Jason Wong

Jason Wong has served as Chief Financial Officer of Steel Connect Inc. since April 19, 2021. Mr. Wong has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Steel Partners Holdings L.P. since April 19, 2021.

Mr. Wong has nearly three decades of progressive responsibility in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Steel Connect, Mr. Wong served as Vice President - Treasurer & Investor Relations with Tiffany & Co., from 2017 to 2021. At Newell Brands Inc./Jarden Corporation, Mr. Wong served as Chief Administrative Officer - Europe from 2015 to 2016 and as SVP & Treasurer from 2004 to 2015. Mr. Wong began his career with Ernst & Young LLP where he was in the the Assurance and Transaction Advisory Services.

Mr. Wong holds an MBA from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Bases of Behavior, both from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wong also serves on the Boards of Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and APIA Scholars.
