Brandon Gratz

Brandon Gratz is an experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as a Heavy Section Mill Mechanical Engineer at Steel Dynamics, Inc. since December 2017. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as a Design Engineer at Titan Metal Worx, focusing on vibratory and hydraulic hammer pile driving equipment, and as a Product Engineer at Strick Trailers, where responsibilities included designing and manufacturing custom semi-trailers. Brandon's career began at First Gear Engineering and Technology as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for fixturing design and inspection of manufactured parts, after gaining experience as a Design Engineer Intern at Micropulse Inc., where involvement included 3D modeling of custom medical appliances. Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
