Kenneth Cornew

Kenneth Cornew serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Lead Independent Director at Steel Dynamics, Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, Kenneth Cornew had a distinguished career at Exelon, where positions included Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer until retirement in May 2013, and President and CEO of Exelon Generation from May 2013 to April 2021. Additional roles at Exelon include Executive Vice President and President and CEO of Constellation from March 2012 to May 2013, as well as Senior Vice President and President of the Power Team at Exelon Generation from February 2008 to March 2012. Kenneth Cornew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering, a Master of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Drexel University, and completed the Reactor Technology Executive Course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
