Mr. Ramineni Ramachandra Rao is the Managing Director of Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt Ltd, a company he founded in 1984. Merlinhawk is into the aerospace and defence sector in India and is a leading player in the industry. Apart from work, Mr. Rao enjoys actively managing his vineyard in Bangalore in addition to travelling and wildlife. Mr. Rao also runs a charitable trust to support terminally ill patients. He is a graduate of NIT Kurukshetra (B.Eng - Electronics) and IIT Delhi (M.Sc - Optical Communications).
