Tonya Schroeder

Tonya Schroeder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality management. Presently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality at Steel King Industries, Inc. since 2019, Tonya has previously held significant roles at Broan as the Director of Global Continuous Improvement and Quality, and at Komatsu Mining Corp. as the Operational Excellence Manager. Earlier career positions include leadership roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and John Deere, where Tonya contributed to continuous improvement initiatives and quality engineering. Tonya holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University.
